About EFAA

The Ethiopian Federal Advocates Association (EFAA) is Ethiopia's Bar Association, established under Proclamation No.1249/2021. EFAA regulates the advocacy profession, oversees membership, manages Continuing Professional Development (CPD), enforces ethics, and represents advocates nationwide.

Our mission is to promote ethical, competent, and independent advocacy in Ethiopia, ensuring access to justice for all citizens while maintaining the highest standards of professional conduct within the legal profession.
